If Pigeon Forge was feeling good fresh off their 68-31 takedown of Eagleton College & Career Academy on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Pigeon Forge Tigers were dealt a 70-38 defeat at the hands of the Gatlinburg-Pittman Highlanders on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Tigers have suffered since January 28th.

Gatlinburg-Pittman got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Chloe Mejias out in front who went 7-for-10 en route to 16 points and five steals. What's more, Mejias also posted a 70% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's achieved since back in February of 2024. Addi Wear was another key player, going 7-for-13 on her way to 16 points and three steals.

Pigeon Forge's defeat dropped their record down to 15-13. As for Gatlinburg-Pittman, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 19-11.

Pigeon Forge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Gatlinburg-Pittman, they will challenge Alcoa at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
