Softball Recap: Agawam Takes a Loss

Agawam and Plymouth South squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Agawam had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 6-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Brownies have suffered since April 4th.

Agawam dropped their record down to 11-10 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Plymouth South, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-4-1.

Agawam does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Plymouth South, they will face off against Middleborough at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
