Softball Recap: Valley Comes Up Short

Valley played against Armijo on Wednesday and lost via forfeit.

Valley is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12. As for Armijo, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-1.

Coming up, Valley will be playing at home against West Campus at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Vikings' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Warriors have averaged an impressive 9.6 runs per game this season. As for Armijo, they will welcome Florin at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 22.5 runs per game on average), something the Royals will no doubt try to take advantage of.
