Smithville wins going away against Falkner

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Smithville Seminoles walked away with it. They enjoyed a cozy 42-27 victory over Falkner on Friday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Smithville as it put an end to their seven-game losing streak.
Conner Dabbs had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 203 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 7.5 yards per carry.
Smithville's win bumped their record up to 3-8. As for Falkner, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-3.
Smithville will head out on the road to face off against Baldwyn at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Falkner does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
