Baseball Game Preview: Berkshire Badgers vs. South Range Raiders

The Berkshire Badgers will square off against the South Range Raiders at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Berkshire is coming into the contest on a five-game losing streak.

Berkshire fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Cuyahoga Heights on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Red Wolves by a score of 3-2.

Oliver Miller made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run. Patrick Brancel was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two doubles and two RBI.

Meanwhile, South Range unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Canfield.

Berkshire's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14. As for South Range, their loss dropped their record down to 12-8.
