Volleyball Game Preview: Munster Mustangs vs. Andrean Fighting 59ers

The Munster Mustangs will head out on the road to take on the Andrean Fighting 59ers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Thursday, Munster came up short against Lowell and fell 3-1. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Lowell scored at least 17 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-23, 20-25, 25-17, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Andrean narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Hobart 3-2.

Andrean took Hobart into a fifth set where they got it done with a ten-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-21, 21-25, 25-27, 15-5.

Munster's loss dropped their record down to 4-22-1. As for Andrean, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-14.
