After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Madison Academy, Hazel Green was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They blew past the Scottsboro Wildcats 14-3. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 games by seven runs or more this season.

Hazel Green's victory was their tenth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 23-8. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.6 runs on average over those games. As for Scottsboro, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-13.

Coming up, Hazel Green will host Buckhorn at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Scottsboro, they will venture away from home to take on Ardmore at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
