            Volleyball Recap: Bemidji Lumberjacks vs. Brainerd Warriors        
        
		
        
        
            Bemidji was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight  defeat. They fell  3-1 to the Brainerd Warriors. The Lumberjacks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their  loss the last time these teams played  back in October of 2024.
 Bemidji started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 19-25, 25-17, 26-24,  25-18.
  Sophia White had an outrageously good game for Brainerd as she  had 16  digs and two  aces. That's the most  digs  White has posted  over her last six  contests. Another player making a difference was  Preslee Glynn, who  had seven  digs and two  aces.
Bemidji's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Brainerd,  the  win made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 5-19.
 Bemidji didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  2-0  loss against Sartell-St. Stephen on the 10th. As for Brainerd, they will welcome Alexandria  at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
