 Lutheran can now show off three landslide victories after their most recent  contest  on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Holy Family Tigers  a   4-0 shutout. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Lutheran considering their one-goal performance the  matchup before.
 They hit Holy Family with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from 
 Sydney Murphy (2), 
 Nadia Bochynski,  and 
 Rachel Robinson.
 Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Holy Family, they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-4.
 Lutheran will be playing at home against Ponderosa at 12:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Lutheran is strutting in with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 6.2  goals per game this season. As for Holy Family, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Cheyenne Mountain at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Holy Family has given up an average of 3.6 goals per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week.
