The Glenpool Warriors will take on the Perkins-Tryon Demons at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Glenpool is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.2 runs per game this season.

Glenpool took a 14-run loss the last time they faced off against Perkins-Tryon, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. Glenpool won by a run and slipped past Perkins-Tryon 5-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Warriors have posted since March 18, 2024.

The team relied heavily on Judah Byrd, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and four RBI. That home run was his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ayden Wade, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Glenpool now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Perkins-Tryon, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-3.
