Volleyball Recap: Sault Area Takes a Loss

Sault Area lost against Negaunee back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Blue Devils fell 2-0 to the Miners.

Sault Area dropped their record down to 8-12-2 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Negaunee, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6-2 record this season.

Coincidentally, Sault Area and Negaunee will both be playing St. Ignace the next time they take the court. The Blue Devils will head out to face the Saints at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Miners will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
