Tyler Ritter turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than two earned runs surrendered on Wednesday. He struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits (and only one walk). He has become a key player for Roseville: the team is 5-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 4-6 otherwise.

Ritter's strong effort led Roseville over Del Campo and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
