Basketball Recap: Franklin Comes Up Short

On Wednesday, the Franklin Patriots didn't have quite enough to beat the Richard Pioneers and fell 38-35.

Franklin's defeat was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Richard, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Franklin will take on Berkley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Berkley will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Franklin surely won't give up without a fight. As for Richard, they will head out to challenge Jefferson at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
