Lake Stevens came tearing into Saturday's match with seven straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Juanita Ravens with a sharp 3-0 win.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-15, 25-20.

Laura Eichert paced Lake Stevens' offense, picking up 21 kills. Eichert got some help from Olivia Gonzales and her 34 assists. Gonzales was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Lake Stevens' victory bumped their record up to 27-3. As for Juanita, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-8.

Looking ahead, Lake Stevens will be playing in front of their home fans against Mount Si at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Juanita does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
