Basketball Recap: Lemmon Beats Mclaughlin for Their Fourth Straight Win

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Lemmon had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They walked away with a 41-34 win over the McLaughlin Mustangs. This was a revenge game for the Cowboys: when they faced off against the Mustangs on February 4th, they had to take a 47-35 defeat.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Lemmon, bringing their record for this year to 17-7. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.3 points over those games. As for McLaughlin, they moved to 16-5 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Lemmon nor McLaughlin have any future games scheduled.
