San Jose came tearing into Thursday's contest with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the James Lick Comets as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant San Jose was: they took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-13, 25-8.

San Jose's victory bumped their record up to 20-8. As for James Lick, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-13.

San Jose does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for James Lick, they are taking a road trip to take on Independence at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
