Baseball Recap: Blake Comes Up Short

Blake lost against St. Agnes back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bears fell just short of the Aggies by a score of 3-2. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Blake now has a losing record of 7-8. As for St. Agnes, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

Blake will venture away from home to face off against St. Paul Academy-Summit at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Agnes, they will host Nova Classical Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Aggies' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Knights have averaged an impressive 6.5 runs per game this season.
