Rosewood hadn't done well against Princeton recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Eagles came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 3-1. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Bulldogs back in September, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

While Rosewood might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Princeton scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-20, 15-25, 25-21.

Kylie Huffman paced Rosewood's offense, picking up 12 kills. Huffman got some help from Bella Mazura and her 26 assists. Finally, Avery Ramsey kept Rosewood's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.

Princeton's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Alaina Boggs, who had six digs and two aces.

Rosewood's victory bumped their record up to 14-7. As for Princeton, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-9.

Rosewood has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Midway on the 14th. As for Princeton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Wallace-Rose Hill on the 14th.
