The Largo Packers will face off against the Pinellas Park Patriots at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Largo's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past Indian Rocks Christian 13-0. Considering the Packers have won eight games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Largo let Mia Kabakov and Miranda Rollins run wild. Kabakov went a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple, while Rollins went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Rollins has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last six times she's played. Another player making a difference was Kaitlin Cheng, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.
Largo was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .552. The last time their batting average was this high was back in April of 2024.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Pinellas Park, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out Boca Ciega 8-7 on Wednesday.
Madison Wagner spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered seven earned runs on 15 hits and racked up 11 Ks.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Ayanah Wilson, who scored three runs while going 2-for-4. Those three runs gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Bella Birge, who scored two runs while getting on base in three of her five plate appearances.
Largo is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for Pinellas Park, they pushed their record up to 9-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.
Largo came out on top in a nail-biter against Pinellas Park in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, sneaking past 8-7. Do the Packers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Patriots turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
