Football Game Preview: St. Aloysius Flashes vs. Washington Generals

The St. Aloysius Flashes are taking a road trip to face off against the Washington Generals at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Last Friday, St. Aloysius came up short against Amite School Center and fell 26-13. The Flashes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, after only 12 points in their last contest, Washington made sure to put some points up on the board against Rossville Christian Academy on Friday. The Generals took their matchup with ease, bagging a 38-0 win over the Wolves. That looming 38-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Generals yet this season.

St. Aloysius better keep an eye on Max Morgan. He was instrumental in Washington's win, rushing for 80 yards and three scores on only six carries.

St. Aloysius' defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Washington, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.

St. Aloysius strolled past Washington in their previous meeting back in October of 2020 by a score of 43-28. Do the Flashes have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Generals turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
