Basketball Recap: Elizabethtown Bears vs. Lebanon Cedars
Elizabethtown was the 66-56 winner over Lebanon when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Elizabethtown Bears took a 47-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lebanon Cedars on Saturday.
Elizabethtown now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Lebanon, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Elizabethtown will host Lampeter-Strasburg at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Lebanon, they will be playing at home against Warwick at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Warwick knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Lebanon likes a good challenge.
