Soccer Game Preview: Duncan vs. Newcastle

The Duncan Demons will face off against the Newcastle Racers at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Duncan is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to four goals two weeks ago, they were much more limited against Chickasha last Tuesday. They came up short against the Fighting Chicks, falling 3-0. The loss put an end to Duncan's undefeated start to the season.

Meanwhile, Newcastle kept a clean sheet against Ada on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp 3-0 victory. Considering Newcastle have won four contests by more than two goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Ada with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Conner Espinosa, Bryan Medrano, and Coltyn Biggerstaff.

Newcastle's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Duncan, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 1-1-1.
