Flag Football Game Preview: Oswego Panthers vs. Larkin Royals

The Oswego Panthers will challenge the Larkin Royals at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Larkin took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Oswego, who comes in off a win.

On Wednesday, Oswego didn't have too much trouble with Minooka as they won 21-7. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Oswego didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Hill led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by herself. Augustine is also crushing it when it comes to defended passes: she's defended at least one every time she's taken the field this season. Hill got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Larkin's offense. They took a blow against Geneva on Thursday, falling 35-0. The Royals just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Oswego now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Larkin, their loss dropped their record down to 4-12.
