Bigfork had already won 14 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 34.8 points) and they went ahead and made it 15 on Tuesday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 67-13 win over the Whitefish Bulldogs. Given the Vikings & Valkyries' advantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked 24th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 121st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Bigfork pushed their record up to 16-2 with the victory, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.4 points over those games. As for Whitefish, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-13.
