Recap: Northwest Guilford Vikings vs. Orange Panthers
The Northwest Guilford Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 21 points or more this season. They ended the year with a bang, routing Orange 48-27. The victory was familiar territory for Northwest Guilford who now have three in a row.
Despite the loss, Orange still got an impressive performance from Evelyn George, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds. George scored a full 44.4% of Orange's points, the seventh time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.

Northwest Guilford pushed their record up to 8-2 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Orange, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.

Orange won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Athens Drive at 12:30 p.m. on December 29th. Hopefully Athens Drive focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 on Thursday.
