Fort Chiswell is 8-2 against Giles since December of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Fort Chiswell Pioneers will be playing at home against the Giles Spartans at 7:15 p.m. Fort Chiswell knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Giles likes a good challenge.

Fort Chiswell might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 68-56 to George Wythe, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Pioneers have struggled against the Maroons recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Giles was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They took a 46-36 hit to the loss column at the hands of Grayson County. The match was a 21-21 toss-up at halftime, but the Spartans couldn't quite close it out.

Giles' loss dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Fort Chiswell, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-8.

Fort Chiswell strolled past Giles in their previous meeting last Friday by a score of 69-55. Will Fort Chiswell repeat their success, or does Giles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
