Baseball Recap: Salmon Takes a Loss

Salmon lost against Challis last Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Savages came up short against the Vikings, falling 8-2. The Savages have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Salmon saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Clayton Allen, who scored a run and stole three bases while going 2-for-3.

Salmon's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-1. As for Challis, their record is now 6-2-1.

Looking ahead, Salmon will host North Fremont at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Challis, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 24-3 win against West Jefferson on the 3rd.
