Softball Recap: Campbell County Takes a Loss

The Campbell County Cougars lost 11-1 to the South-Doyle Cherokees on Friday. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Campbell County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-4. As for South-Doyle, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-3 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as Campbell County Cougars take on Oak Ridge Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. South-Doyle will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Northview Academy at 6:00 p.m. on March 24th.
