Preview: Trinity Hillers vs. Fort Cherry Rangers
The Trinity Hillers will head out on the road to face off against the Fort Cherry Rangers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Trinity had to start their season on the road two weeks ago, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 55-54 to Penn-Trafford.
Meanwhile, Fort Cherry entered their tilt with Bentworth with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Fort Cherry breezed by Bentworth at home to the tune of 80-46.
Trinity's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Fort Cherry, their victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0.
Trinity was able to grind out a solid win over Fort Cherry in their previous matchup back in December of 2022, winning 68-61. The rematch might be a little tougher for Trinity since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
