Baseball Recap: Centennial Comes Up Short

Centennial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 21-1 to the Sargent Farmers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Farmers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 28-0 on Saturday.

Centennial's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Sargent, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Centennial didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 29-2 loss against Cotopaxi on the 25th. As for Sargent, they will host Antonito at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
