Paradise Honors had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 49.9 points) and they went ahead and made it eight on Tuesday. They blew past the Shadow Mountain Matadors 58-9. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 games by 23 points or more this season.

Morgan Van Dyke was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 17 points and 13 steals. Van Dyke is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Genesis Kanae, who went 5 of 8 en route to 11 points in addition to seven boards and seven steals.

Paradise Honors smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 19 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in ten consecutive matchups.

Paradise Honors' win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-4. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 17.4 points per game. As for Shadow Mountain, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.

Paradise Honors will head out on the road to take on Moon Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Paradise Honors' defense has only allowed 29 points per game this season, so Moon Valley's offense will have their work cut out for them.
