Chris Mathis gave up the fewest walks he has since back in May of 2024 on Monday. He was dialed in as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He was up against Mott and has quite the history against that squad, as he also had a great game the last time he faced them back in April of 2024. South Lyon is undefeated when Mathis allows three or fewer earned runs, but 4-5 otherwise.
