Bergtraum came tearing into Thursday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20 points), and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 72-56 victory over the Norman Thomas Tigers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 68-63 back in December of 2025.

Despite the loss, Norman Thomas had strong showings from Mason Rosen, who went 7-for-13 en route to 19 points, and Melvin Conteh, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 15 rebounds. Abdullah Sylla was another key player, putting up eight points and six boards.

Bergtraum's win bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Norman Thomas, they dropped their record down to 4-16 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road.

Bergtraum does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Norman Thomas, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 63-51 victory against CPH/East Harlem on the 7th.
