While Luxemburg-Casco's victory against Notre Dame Academy wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Spartans sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Tritons on Tuesday. The Spartans haven't had any issues with the Tritons recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Aubrey Frey paced Luxemburg-Casco's offense, picking up 12 kills. Frey got some help from Alayna Deprez and her 22 assists. Deprez was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Despite the loss, Notre Dame Academy still got an impressive performance from Kailyn Kline, who had five digs and two aces.

Luxemburg-Casco now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Notre Dame Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Luxemburg-Casco didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Neenah on the 26th. As for Notre Dame Academy, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Appleton North on the 26th.
