Basketball Game Preview: Hana Dragons vs. Seabury Hall Spartans

Hana is 0-10 against Seabury Hall since January of 2018 but things could change on Friday. The Hana Dragons will be playing at home against the Seabury Hall Spartans at 6:00 p.m. Hana has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Hana is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They came up short against Maui Prep back in December of 2024, falling 74-53.

Seabury Hall has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took a 69-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of Rancho Solano Prep on Thursday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Spartans came into the match with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked seventh in Hawaii, while the Mustangs are ranked 85th in Arizona).

Seabury Hall's defeat ended a nine-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-3. As for Hana, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
