Baseball Recap: Packer Collegiate Institute Takes a Loss

Packer Collegiate Institute managed to slip by Horace Mann the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Pelicans lost 12-0 to the Lions on Saturday. The Pelicans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lions apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Packer Collegiate Institute's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4-1. As for Horace Mann, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Packer Collegiate Institute will take on rival St. Ann's at 3:30 p.m. on the 25th. Meanwhile, Horace Mann is set to square off against their familiar foe Collegiate at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
