Volleyball Recap: Summit Comes Up Short

Summit and Lakewood squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Summit had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Lakewood Lancers by a score of 3-2.

Shaylani Iose paced Summit's offense, picking up eight kills. Iose got some help from Rayleen Togagae and her 12 assists. Togagae was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Summit's loss dropped their record down to 21-8. As for Lakewood, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-18.

As of now, neither Summit nor Lakewood have any future games scheduled.
