Basketball Recap: Westview Wolverines vs. Mt. Carmel Sundevils
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against San Marcos, Westview was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 56-49 win over the Mt. Carmel Sundevils. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 36-34 back in January.
Mt. Carmel lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Tyler Humphrey, who almost dropped a double-double with 13 points and nine rebounds. Makai Orje was another key player, putting up 15 points.
