Basketball Game Preview: North Huron Warriors vs. Dryden Cardinals

The North Huron Warriors will square off against the Dryden Cardinals at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. North Huron's defense has only allowed 24.9 points per game this season, so Dryden's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Last Tuesday, North Huron was able to grind out a solid win over Peck, taking the game 41-30. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Pirates recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

North Huron's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Ana Champagne, who posted seven points in addition to nine rebounds and six assists, and Jentry Zimmerman, who went 7 for 11 on her way to 16 points and seven boards. What's more, Zimmerman also posted a 64% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's posted since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was Jenna Schornack, who had seven points and 11 boards.

Meanwhile, Dryden didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Parkway Christian on Monday, but they still walked away with a 39-35 win.

North Huron's victory bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Dryden, their win bumped their record up to 8-6.
