On Saturday, Waunakee faced Marshfield in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Waunakee Warriors secured a 58-54 W over the Marshfield Tigers. Winning may never get old, but the Warriors sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Waunakee's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-2. As for Marshfield, they moved to 8-5 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Waunakee has already played their next match (against Stoughton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Marshfield will challenge Neenah at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Neenah knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Marshfield likes a good challenge.
