Basketball Recap: Ballard Takes a Loss

Ballard's last matchup with DuPont Manual could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Thursday. The Ballard Bruins came up short against the DuPont Manual Crimsons, falling 76-53. The defeat continues a trend for the Bruins in their meetings with the Crimsons: they've now lost nine in a row.

Ballard now has a losing record of 14-15. As for DuPont Manual, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-10 record this season.

Ballard does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for DuPont Manual, they will take on Sacred Heart at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Sacred Heart's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 25 games.
