It's playoff time, and Royal Palm Beach had no trouble coming through when it counted. They skirted past the Dwyer Panthers 52-50. The win was nothing new for the Wildcats as they're now sitting on eight straight.

K'Nard Callendar was his usual excellent self, going 8 of 13 to rack up 21 points in addition to eight rebounds and four steals. He is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last four games he's played. David Alexis was another key player, going 6 for 12 en route to 14 points.

When it comes to explaining why Dwyer lost on Wednesday, don't look at JORDAN QUINCE. Despite the final result, he went 7 of 13 on his way to 18 points along with seven boards and three blocks. Another player making a difference was JERMUNI SHULER, who posted nine points and five rebounds.

Royal Palm Beach's record now sits at 16-8. As for Dwyer, their loss dropped their record down to 15-10.

Royal Palm Beach wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 74-69 defeat against Martin County on the 7th. As for Dwyer, they will square off against St. Thomas Aquinas at 7:00 p.m. on February 12th. Dwyer is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60.6 points per game this season.
