It was fun while it lasted, but Greenfield's undefeated season came to an end after five games on Saturday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 74-73 to the Racine Park Panthers. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Thursday (64), the Hustlin' Hawks still had to take the loss.

Having lost for the first time this season, Greenfield fell to 5-1. As for Racine Park, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greenfield will square off against Cudahy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Greenfield is facing Cudahy at the right time seeing as Cudahy is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Racine Park, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Oak Creek at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
