Princess Anne has gone 9-1 against Tallwood recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Princess Anne Cavaliers will head out to challenge the Tallwood Lions at 7:00 p.m. Princess Anne knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Tallwood likes a good challenge.

On Saturday, Princess Anne came up short against Peninsula Catholic and fell 69-61. While losing is never fun, the Cavaliers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 93rd, while the Knights are ranked 30th).

Meanwhile, Tallwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost to Kellam at home by a 66-48 margin.

Tallwood's loss dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Princess Anne, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-9.

Princess Anne was able to grind out a solid victory over Tallwood in their previous meeting back in January, winning 76-67. The rematch might be a little tougher for Princess Anne since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
