Basketball Game Preview: Frankton Eagles vs. Eastbrook Panthers

The Frankton Eagles will face off against the Eastbrook Panthers at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

On Wednesday, Frankton was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 54-50 to Daleville. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Eastbrook, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They slipped by Elwood 40-39 on Saturday.

Eastbrook had a senior duo take command as A.J. Brenner went 5 of 11 en route to 22 points along with six rebounds and five steals and Mia Bustos almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 15 boards. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Brenner has scored all season.

Frankton's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Eastbrook, their victory bumped their record up to 3-5.
