Lake Stevens put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 45-39 W against the Snohomish Panthers. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Lake Stevens' victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Snohomish, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lake Stevens will square off against Bonney Lake at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Snohomish, they will venture away from home to take on Glacier Peak at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers will need to watch out since the Grizzlies have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
