Soccer Recap: Lithia Springs Takes a Loss

Lithia Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 10-0 to the Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs. That's two games in a row now that the Lions have lost by exactly ten goals.

Lithia Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Kennesaw Mountain, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Lithia Springs duke it out with Villa Rica at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lithia Springs has given up an average of 7.8 goals per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week. As for Kennesaw Mountain, they will take on East Paulding at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
