Volleyball Game Preview: McNair Mustangs vs. Atlanta Classical Academy Cavaliers

McNair is 0-6 against Atlanta Classical Academy since October of 2020 but things could change on Wednesday. The Mustangs are taking a road trip to face off against the Cavaliers at 5:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Thursday, McNair came up short against Chamblee and fell 2-0.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-10.

Meanwhile, Atlanta Classical Academy also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Mount Pisgah Christian by a score of 2-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Cavaliers in their meetings with the Patriots: they've now lost three in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-14.

Atlanta Classical Academy's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for McNair, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-9.

McNair couldn't quite get it done against Atlanta Classical Academy in their previous meeting back in August of 2024 as they fell 2-0. Can the Mustangs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
