Brad Blankenheim, Amador's leading rusher, solidified his role on Friday. Blankenheim was dynamite, rushing for 163 yards and three scores on only 11 carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 57 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Blankenheim and Amador will have to wait a while for a more definitive result, as their next game is a ways away: they'll take on Ripon Christian at 7:00 p.m. on the 14th. Blankenheim will face off against Mason Tameling, the Knights' star signal caller.
