Basketball Game Preview: Casteel Colts vs. Perry Pumas

The Casteel Colts will head out to square off against the Perry Pumas at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Casteel turned things around against Chandler on Friday. They came out on top against the Wolves by a score of 52-43. The Colts pushed the score to 42-20 by the end of the third, a deficit the Wolves cut but never quite recovered from.

Meanwhile, Perry didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Basha on Friday, but they still walked away with a 70-64 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Pumas.

Perry has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 11-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points per game. As for Casteel, their record now sits at 13-10.

Casteel came up short against Perry in their previous meeting back in January, falling 53-48. Can Casteel avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
